University Course Not Accredited when Told it was

Hi,
I received my Certificate for an MSc completed in December 2021 in March 2022 and have been emailed this morning 21.03.23 to say that the qualification is not accredited to the awarding body by the university.
I have previously queried this with both awarding bodies and the University and given the copy of the transcript and course booklet and been told it is definitely correct. I have been registered with the awarding body as a graduate member and also applied for jobs where training for chartership would be needed if successful.
What do people recommend doing as I don't mind if the qualification is wrong but with the amount of times and people this was queried with I don't think it is very good at all. I also feel that the university was incredibly poor as there was over a month without a tutor for dissertation despite emailing daily to find out what was going on.

I think you need to separate the lack of accreditation from the poor quality tutoring.
