So never managed to get everything done yesterday, just ended up too busy then couldn't be bothered!
I work full time, dog walk part time and have my own 2 collies so I just end up with so much to fit in a day at times but I do need to get into a better routine with housework cos I feel like by the time I get round to it everywhere needs a deep clean.
I'm determined to get through this list today!Debt Free - 4th June 20250 -
Just thought I'd comment with a tip I use for housework - I pick an amount of time depending on what's going on that day, set a timer and blitz! Then when the timer goes off, I stop and anything else can wait.
So for week day evenings it tends to be 30 mins but longer on the weekends, and it's amazing how much I can get done in that time - but if you'd given me a list of things that needed doing it would feel too much (and then I'm more likely to do nothing instead!) Often I have a rough list in my head of the priorities and ended up doing those things and more!Debt as at 5 June 2023 - £15,600.89
Current debt - £5,555.00
Total paid off - £10,045.89 (64% paid off)1 -
Thanks twiggy86 - might try that instead cos as much as I love a list I do tend to add wayyyyyyyyy too much on there!
