itvx audio description

I'm using a Sony tv which seems to have updated the itv hub to itvx overnight.

I'm having a go at finding my way around it, and notice that the audio description is on. I've tried scrolling to the AD button at the bottom of the screen when I click the down arrow, but I can't turn the AD off.

Any ideas?

I wonder if you need to turn off AD within the TV settings. I searched and found this post on another forum. I realise it's not specific to the ITVx app but it might help:

"I Just encountered the same issue on my Bravia KDL-26L4000 (another old Bravia) and hopefully the Bravia engine is not too dissimilar, but after switching it on today it just randomly added Audio Description on to E4.

The setting is not found under Sound Settings but under Menu> Set-Up> Digital Set-Up> Audio Set-Up> Audio Description. Conveniently, this was set to on, so I just set it to off and that removed the voiceover from the channels."
