Wrongful CCJ has not been removed from file

So I was given a CCJ in August for an unpaid parking fine because the court wrongly thought that I had failed to send in a questionnaire that I had to fill in for the small claims court.
I proved to them that I did indeed send it, it went back to a judge, and the case went back into the system, as the judge agreed I DID send it. I now have a date for this court case (fighting it with the help of the other forum, don't worry).
But Experian and ClearScore both say that the CCJ is still there. I did the free trial of the more detailed Experian report. My report was even updated the other day - and the CCJ is still there. It's the only one I have ever had, so it stands out and can't be confused in anything else. Plus the date is correct. I'm pretty sure Clear Score even references the case number.
But the court says there is no CCJ on file. I have asked them repeatedly and all they say is to get legal advice.
How can I prove to them that this CCJ is definitely there? Or am I wrong - is the Experian report wrong? Does it take some time for them to take it off? But even if that's the case and there's a delay, surely the court would know this and wouldn't keep telling me that it isn't there? I'm so confused.

It also does depend when the court processed the paperwork to cancel the CCJ, if that was done last August then it should be long gone, if that was done in February then it will take a while to work it's way through the system.1 -
The County Courts report CCJ's to Registry Trust. The CRA's then get their data from Registry Trust.
Your first step therefore should be to see if they still show the CCJ as being live.If they do then you should complain to the relevant County Court as the error lies with them. Otherwise then complain to the relevant CRA's as they've not updated their data correctly. This is assuming that the CCJ was set aside some time ago (you don't state when it was) - it can take a while (up to 2 months if you're unlucky with the timing) for changes to filter through all of the different layers1
