Waited months to receive item only to get a very cheap not even close to what I ordered.  After several emails they responded that they will not issue refund because what I ordered and what was sent are both made with polyester.  I ordered a sherpa type fabric jacket.  I got a cheap very thin sweatshirt.  Pictures did not match, SKU did not match and description states heavy weight.  But they are both polyester!

Sadly there are a lot of similar businesses.  The clothes on the websites look lovely and the prices are very low.  Unfortunately the reality is that what you get is a very poor copy or something that bears little resemblance.  A lot of these firms are based in China and it takes weeks for delivery.  Customer service can be almost non existent and if you wish to send an item back you will have to pay the postage yourself which can be more than the cost of the clothes.  

I was going to order something but I checked with Trustpilot first.  From what I remember over 90% of the reviews were 1*.  I usually check the reviews if I want to order something from a firm I haven’t used before, it can save a lot of aggro.
