Sky BB cancelled and downgraded

Well, I decided to not accept Sky's price increases, so I cancelled their phone & broadband service and downgraded my TV package to remove multiroom (hardly used) and Netflix (rarely watched).
I cancelled on the 7th and the phone&BB stopped working this morning (20th); April's bill had gone through, but May's will be a credit.
I had expected a call from their retentions team, but not a peep; I guess they are really busy at the moment.
I've kept my Virgin BB (yes, I had two!), but City Fibre should be in place as a 3rd option by the time the next round of increases kicks in when they gleefully announce their inflation-plus increases.
I'm waiting for the boxes to send the kit back to Sky and will be sure to take a photo of their despatch.

    You're not entitled to any retention offers so any that are offered are up to them.
    But of course taking a new retention offer includes accepting new terms and the new prices, so its probably no great surprise you won't hear anything.

    I didn't say I was entitled; I just said I had expected a call from the retentions team, given that I was cancelling...
    Of course, that was before the cancellation went through; now it is cancelled, the retentions team has no relevance.
