Strange note on BT bill

Hi

I've just got my BT bill online. At the bottom it says this:

Your landline special offer credit
As part of our special offer, you will save £20.40 (ex. VAT) in a year on your BT Together Option fee.

This will be seen in the Promotion Discounts section as monthly discounts of £1.70 (ex. VAT) over the next year.

Does anyone know what this is referring to? I'm sure I haven't signed up for any offer. I'm just on option 1 and always have been (I use use Primus for calls). No discount has been taken from my bill.
:p Proud to be a MoneySaver! :p
