It seems to me that it would be far better to insist on written communication rather than discussing all this verbally by phone! To the extent that you haven't already, it would certainly be worth going right back to basics and ensuring copies of all relevant documentation, including contract, statement of account, etc, as well as evidence that the cold callers are authorised to act on behalf of the timeshare company.DiB_2 said:They called back and started saying she could cancel but she couldn't get a refund as they had already lodged a dispute with the European Court of Something something. The 14 day cooling off period can apply to services but if they've already started then that affects any refund....0
