That is a very good and well written appeal. Good luck.

Thank you for everything. It is very much appreciated your help.

May I ask if in the blank  space (up to 10000 words) I have to write something if I already attached the Popla Draft in pdf template under other?

I normally type the headings there, and 'see PDF for full details'.

Conclusion: UKPC decided to cancel the parking charge.!

Well done. They had no choice really, as they will have had no hard evidence to prove anything, it's just another money-grabbing wheeze that many a naive motorist will fall for. Appalling, ain't it.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Superb, I have only ever had two private parking tickets both from UKPC, (neither paid) who I hate with a vengence, they are dodgy with their four fake mail drop addresses and their non registered actual HQ in Beaconsfield.
