One lucky winner and a guest of their choice will receive a Deluxe Gift Voucher which entitles them to one night's dinner bed & breakfast, full use of spa facilities and 1 blissful 60-minute treatment per person. The lucky winner will also receive two personalised Weekend Bags by Katie Loxton. The perfect Mother and Daughter gift!

There will also be three runner up prizes. The runners up will receive a £50 voucher each to spend on the Katie Loxton website.

1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter or members of their immediate family, agents of either Promoter, or anyone professionally associated with this Prize Draw.
2. The Prize Draw opens on 01/03/23 and closes at 9am on 31/03/23. All entries after this point may not be included.
3. Maximum 1 entry per person.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw.

6. The main prize is a 'Deluxe Spa Break for Two' Gift Voucher x2 Katie Loxton ‘Weekend Bags’ of the winner’s choice. One winner will be selected at random to receive this prize. The voucher offers: one night dinner, bed and breakfast. full use of spa facilities, 1 x 60 minute treatment per person that is available to use at selected stunning 4 and 5 star hotels. Each Katie Loxton Weekend Bag can be personalised (embroidered or monogrammed) with up to 3 initials.
   
7. Three runners-up will also be selected at random, and each will receive x1 £50 voucher to spend at https://www.katieloxton.com
8. Further prize details: The spa voucher will be valid for 12 months, all travel dates are subject to availability. The winner can use the monetary equivalent of the voucher (£450) towards any experience found on Spabreaks.com. Peak dates may be excluded. Travel to and from the hotel is not included in the prize. No alternative prizes will be offered. The winner(s) may not transfer any aspect of the prize to another person or assign or transfer any other rights or obligations in connection with these terms and conditions. Katie Loxton Ltd and Spa Breaks reserve the right to amend the prize package or substitute one of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside its control. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or in any way traded.
9. By entering the Prize Draw you confirm acceptance of these conditions.
10. The winners will be notified by 14th April 2023. Failure to respond to the prize notifications within 14 days of receipt will result in the prize being withdrawn and another winner may be Selected at the Promoters’ discretion.
11. The decision of the Promoters is final.
12. The Promoters takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoters are not liable for any problems associated with internet or communication networks due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
13. The Promoters will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participant’s entry to the Prize Draw.
14. The Promoters are not liable for failures of any third party to perform their obligations related to the administration of this Prize Draw or the provision of any prize element of this Prize Draw.
15. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters and which prevents the Promoters from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoters will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

In the event that the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Prize Draw, the Promoter(s) reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Prize Draw or invalidate any affected entries without any liability.
17. Entrants agree to allow their name to be used by Katie Loxton Ltd & Spa Breaks for publicity purposes including on the Katie Loxton & Spa Breaks social media channels.
