The reviews of this company on Trustpilot arer a real shocker, with an even worse performance than Thames Water. I'm wondering which travel insurance companies use this outfit to "process" claims, so that I can avoid them. So far I've found Staysure, and Avanti who are themselves highly rated for the sign up stage of the insurance. Anyone know of any others?

Sadly, insurance companies can change which claims handler they use with no notice, and they may use several different ones. The market for travel insurance is truly 'broken'.1
