I referred to my PIP training, it simply says “NOT PHYSICAL”, that’s the training aid provided to me.Alice_Holt said:

Activity 9 focuses on Mental health and cognitive development/learning difficulties. It is not related to any physical conditions. Therefore although I agree with Spoonie-Turtle, the activity will be score 0 as it can be discounted.
You could apply the same argument to Activity 10 (budgeting) but again its MH/Cognitive.
Physical conditions can cause result in low motivation and poor mental health.
There is a link between the physical and mental health.
In the OP's case physical fatigue (and possibly pain) could well give rise to low motivation, and other mental health symptoms. However IMO for points to be awarded, this would need to be manifest in other PIP activities, and the PIP2 form show a consistent picture.
Taking the OP's post at face value, a description of mental fatigue only relating to social engagement may be unlikely to score points.
I agree physical conditions can lead to MH issues, but with no diagnosis of a MH condition then for the activity the score is 0.
I don’t agree with this, but for the OP the situation is just that. Could they argue this point, yes and as above I agreed with Spoonie turtle, however sometimes you have to choose your battles and with this I believe IMO the score of 0 will stand unless mental health or cognitive impairment is a cause.Proud to have dealt with our debtsStarting debt 2005 £65.7K.

Could just be because of my experience but I inferred the OP meant mental fatigue - which definitely can arise from a physical condition but the effects are also cognitive.peteuk said:

But realistically I think they'd be difficult points to score, and as said before they may well score enough elsewhere for this activity not to matter.
Unless it were related to hearing loss and concentration fatigue/listening fatigue though, in which case they might be points necessary for an award.0
