When will I, will I be famous? The answer is very soon, if you’re lucky enough to be picked for our money-can’t-buy prize with the 80s – and noughties – heart-throb Matt Goss. Yup, Muddy’s really done it this time and opened our little black book of special friends to pull together the ultimate prize for the ultimate Bros/Goss fan.

Get picked out of our hat and you’ll win a pair of tickets to your choice of Matt Goss Experience shows across the UK during March and April. Plus – pinch-yourself-time – the chance to feature in Matt’s next music video, scheduled to be filmed in the UK this June. The winner (and plus one), will not only have a part in the video, hang out on set and generally get the feel of what it is to be a mega-star, they’ll also meet Matt for cocktails.

As for what to expect from the show, Matt Goss, the legendary Bros frontman, fresh from his appearance on Strictly Come Dancing, is back in the UK after an 11-year Las Vegas residency, and has created a magical tour for 2023. Opening this week at London’s Royal Albert Hall, Matt will perform the music of the legendary Cole Porter – with the backing of the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and 15-piece big band. Expect Cole Porter classics like Night and Day, I Get a Kick Outta You and Every Time We Say Goodbye, alongside some of Matt’s original songs including When Will I Be Famous and I Owe You Nothing, sung like never before with the orchestra and big band behind him. 

So, about that gig – you’ll have two tickets up to the value of £500 to include Champagne and canapés. Locations for the show include Oxford, Brighton, Bournemouth, Bristol or Birmingham across the Muddy counties as well as many venues beyond in York, Newcastle, Dublin, Glasgow and more.

If you aren’t the lucky winner and can’t make the shows, Matt’s recorded an album at Abbey Road Studios alongside the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to be released in June (but available for pre-order). So that’s at least one way to enjoy Matt in seriously smooth crooner mode.
