Voluntary redundancy

Hi my employer is making 100+ redundancies.
They have said they are not going to accept voluntary redundancies, and I suspect they will offer a package going forward that wont be viable for me to work and this will force my hand to leave.
Is there anyway that I could get them to consider accepting a voluntary redundancy

Only if you could show VR would benefit the employer more than normal redundancyIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

I'm sorry but I am confused by what you are saying.
If they're not going to make you redundant because you are a "high performer", then why would they offer you a "package".which would lead to your resignation?If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
