I have just won my appeal against the DWP , getting the decision back dated to 2021. I have been awarded enhanced Daily living allowance , and enhanced mobility . Will I be entitled to get back dated payments on every entitlement I missed during this period , eg have had to pay for my car , tax , and any entertainment I missed out on for the rates awarded

Not entertainment, but associated entitlement

You will be paid any money that's owed to you for your PIP award. If it was originally a new claim then it will be from the date you rang to start your claim. Any money owed can take up to about 8 weeks to be paid, same time for putting your new award into payment.

For the VED (road tax) you will need to take all your documents to your local post office, including your certificate of entitlement, which will arrive when you eventually receive your decision letter from DWP. Thanks Poppy I will wait and see this is not a new claim this has been going on since they scrapped DLA , and moved me over to PIP 2015 , before the cases were heard at court challenging the DWP stance that mental health would no longer be covered through PIP , veterans UK were not much help either , unfortunately the decision only goes back to the last review 2021 , and not the original challenge in 2015
