British Gas Government Energy Bill Discount
I pay British Gas (BG) by Direct Debit. Current electricity DD is £69.21. For the first four months of this scheme BG have credited the £66/67 and within one or two days have sent £66/67 to my bank account. They credited £67 to my electricity account on 2 March but the refund has not come through to the bank. They told me (on the chat) that this is because my account is in credit by £61.89. Surely this is incorrect?

It could be correct, difficult to tell without knowing how much and when your bills are charged to your account. More information is needed. Have you looked at your account to see what is going on?0
