I don't know but even their website seems years out-of-date design wise.[Deleted User] said:They serve a purpose? Maybe before they were brought out by American funds. Now they are owned by cash hungry people without a soul? Am I wrong?
The whole banking industry appears to be run on a shoestring. Years ago working in a bank was regarded as a job for life but nowadays they seem to employee hardly any staff. It's never enough for these bank people is it they always want more.
I'm not sure we need so many banks in the UK. In my opinion the government should of merged NatWest,RBS& Ulster into one bank.

Bad plan, wouldn't have gotten my 3 x £200 switch freebies this month.SVts said:

I have one from when they used to have a decent cashback & reward scheme. Whilst the current offer isn't enough to attract me if I didn't have the account, but since I have its a small bit of free cash that adds up. Also recently got my OH to switch her spare account to them & we both got £125 each.0

For all intensive purposes, those 3 are effectively the same bank anyway, just different regional branding.SVts said:

They are sending out emails with apologies. I was just about to upgrade my dormant current account to get their insurances but I am now having second thoughts

Still down.
I sent my money in, then wanted to send it to another account, but I can't. Payments fail in both online banking and app.
Edit: payments fail in different browsers when using online banking, but the app is not working at all.
