    I would be surprised if it wasn't worth at least £550 even in its current state, You just need to get it valued.
  • Best option, complete the work (to a minimum standard) and sell. Second best option stick it in a traditional auction - you set your reserve to get the minimum you would sell for and you can also add conditions to the terms to say, for example, the buyer has to pay an additional £X towards the selling costs.

    Just don't, don't, get talked into 'modern method of auction'.
