Hello, i am in work full time and also care for my wife. She only claims pip and nothing else due to my high work income. Will she be affected in these new changes? I thought it was more to do with UC which we dont claim. Is that right?

That's correct, changes to UC will not affect her PIP.
[There is talk of attempting to make the PIP process more accessible and user-friendly but no mention so far of changing the benefit itself.]1
