    Specifically stated to be Non-smart prepayment tariff, I have seen them list Smart PAYG  tariff then removed it from all tariff listing.

    Greg Jackson specifically referred to "    Octopus smart prepay is cheaper than standard tariffs"

    Rates in screenshot are SO41 which I think relates to Southern Region.
