Parcel2go - impossible to contact and speak to a human being?

So I have to send a parcel, I made the booking via parcel2go but have an issue that I need to speak to a real live human being about (as opposed to trawling through a list of existing possible replies).

However:

a) They don't seem to have a phone number

b) There is a link to their 'live chat' yet I see no actual option to chat, irrespective of the browser that I use. CCan anyone see a live chat option on the following page:

Yes, I get a massive box that says "Live Help" and clicking on it opens a chat window. First you'll need to navigate their bot before getting through to a human.

I am not aware that parcel2Go have any telephone support they are just a third party broker that send your details to a courier.

There shouldn’t be anything complex about sending a parcel, they keep things simple, drop off or have item collected and get it delivered other end. Any special delivery or handling details won’t be possible and if there are any complications with your parcel requirements then you might need to go direct to a courier , assuming you can find one of them that has telephone support which I suspect is rare.

The live chat link works for me too.  it's possibly not operating 24 hours a day.  OP, maybe you could try again during working hours or early evening.  I can quite imagine you might have no joy at 3 am ...
