Anyone got an "anti-inflation" pills for Virgin Media?

Just seen that Virgin Media are to raise their prices year on year with inflation PLUS 3.9% They stated this in a letter that said they understand how hard it is with inflation so high and cost of living struggles. then they fuel that inflation by OTT price rises - would be hilarious if it wasn't so repulsive
