Major issues with GivEnergy battery and inverter

I have had GivEnergy battery for nearly 4 years now and, just over 2 months ago, it failed. The problem still remains due to them not having responded in a timely manner to either my communication or my installer.
The one diagnosis that they did was incorrect and resulted in the wrong part being shipped and the installer having to spend a considerable time on the phone trying to get hold of a competent support person.
Since then, I have received an email from a gentleman who noticed that I have a problem, to which I immediately replied.
I am STILL waiting for a reply to this.
I have now placed an order for a product from another manufacturer and will never buy a GivEnergy product again - which is a shame because it is a British company.1
