I've asked a lot of questions lately, so thought I'd give something in return, did you know that you can watch BBC tv directly after a program has been transmitted here:-

Atomised (inter alles), it's worth noting that the iPlayer now streams programs as well as allowing you to download them. This means at a stroke it's compatible with any operating system and browser capable of running the Adobe Flash Player.
Note that media streamed directly is of a lower quality than a downloaded program, but still perfectly watchable at fullscreen on a 15" laptop.te audire non possum. musa sapientum fixa est in aure.0 -
How could you not of heard of iPlayer? It's been in the news for months, from advertisting, to legal action connected with the BBC not initially suppling the player for Mac OS - going against their "inclusion" statements. It's been heavily advertised on a lot of BBC programmes, especially the news, always banging on about "watching again". Oh and much discussion on these threads about issues with it.

I was going to say "you may well be right", but having scrolled through your last 150 posts, I see that your ARE right. I have neglected to acknowledge not only your contributions which have been useful/helpful, (which I have now done) but many others as well.
As it is almost Christmas, let us hope you are in a forgiving mode.
As for the New Year and resolutions, I think I ought to make one of mine that I ensure I give thanks when due. I hope I don't forget. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
