Chase cashback - has anyone had cashback on car repairs?

Has anyone had cashback from the Chase current account on car repairs? There is a mention on the exclusions list of "Car and van dealers - new and used sales, services, repairs, parts and leasing", but from that wording it's not clear if that means all those items are excluded just if they are carried out by car and van dealers, or if it applies to all car repairs.

I didn't get cashback when I had my car serviced at a local garage last May.

Seems to give cashback at car repair places that are not also car dealerships, I had cashback from both local ones I used.

I had cashback from a main dealer who serviced my car - even got it on the bumper 0% finance they set up to pay the bill.

I used Chase at an independent specialist for my car brand and I received cashback.

Got cash back when I paid the excess for accident repair at an "accident repair centre" in December.
I think the wording is in place because (obviously) they don't want to pay cashback when people make big purchases from car dealers, and they want to avoid arguments when people miss out on cashback on routine maintenance at a car dealer, because every transaction has the same merchant code regardless of what was actually sold. (the same way as buying beer in a supermarket goes through as "Supermarket" rather than "Off-Licence".)
