  • Oddly enough I’ve just been working on a new supermarket and ended up helping the guy fitting the metal staircase, in this instance they fitted a plastic covering on the handrail but said that they normally use warm touch paint, I thought it was a windup until I did a search for it man is that expensive!
Maybe, just once, someone will call me 'Sir' without adding, 'You're making a scene.'

i can see a wall lining of insulation being the only way

ill see if i can get a thermal camera survey, an EPC was done in 2018 before we moved in and condemned the glazing and lack of cavity wall insulation we have been promised new doors and windows 2 years ago

Was a company used or was it just him up in the loft, Can you have a peek up in the loft?

For cavity walls they usually drill holes all over the wall, you should have seen dust from the drilling, they don't just pour stuff down from the loft.

The lack of said holes was noted twice by landlords own surveyors...

as was the failed glazing units back in 2016

the poking down of insulation was suggested by the landlords own workmen
