Zable Credit Card

I have just had the same outcome as others! I called Zable customer services, took me an hour to get hold of them, to be told they do not accept balance transfers. So you can’t make balance transfers with them but they don’t receive them either which I’ve never heard of that before! 

It’s a total disgrace to be honest, also I’d try contact them through the web chat it actually says we take 5 hours to respond pretty poor for web chat that is! 

I’m experiencing the highest APR of any of my credit cards with Zable 42.15% APR

I've just closed mine. I hadn't used it in about 6 months anyway. It was opened as a credit builder card when it was Level card and it's done its job. I always paid in full anyway so the APR was irrelevant to me, but I believe it was 40%+ on mine as well. Shocking APR and charged from day one of the balance unless you pay statement in full. Definitely worth checking if you are eligible for a new card and ditching Zable

I will be paying off for by end of next month sure I’ve got couple other credit cards with NewDay with 30% APR that’s high enough! But i have 0% balance transfers on my fluid credit card so i was going to do a balance transfer but they won’t accept it! Absolute ridiculous credit card provider! 

I have made a complaint see where that gets me!

Answer to your question is yes they gave me only £200 to start with then it went up to £500 then to £800 which is still really poor.

I too opened Zable (Level) as a credit builder and have just recently closed it as it had outlived its usefulness. 

The credit limit did increase over time but too slowly and too little to be useful compared to newer cards I later obtained access to.

My Zable limit was £1000 from the start and never changed once.

Did anyone have a payment taken from bank account before using the Zable credit card. I don’t know if it’s even them as comes up as cs-infusplan.com on my bank statement
