Hi all, I'm trying to cancel my Virgin Media contract as the price increase is one step too far for me. Does anybody know the timeline of the cancellation? All they've said is that as long as you cancel before the date stated then you'll not incur a cost for breaking your contract BUT will this still give a standard 30 day wind down?
I'm trying to ensure a seamless transition to a new provider.
Thanks in advance!

Nothing is guaranteed to be seamless leaving Virgin as they are the sole user of their physical network.
I am sure if you call them they will tell you the exact day your services will cease.1
