Hi, 

Are there any Islamic Accounts in high street banks who offer profits.

If not, what other banks are out there with reputable customer service but do have some physical branch presence?

Out of the three which bank has better customer service and easy to bank with in terms of access to customer service, dealing with issues and rates

Way back when your original question was asked and answered, the poster perhaps missed your reference to high street banks and physical presence, as none of those has a high street network, but I'm not sure of any Islamic banks that do so within the UK, except perhaps for one or two with a token branch in central London.

Nebulous factors like customer service are quite subjective, so you'd probably be best using the forum search facility to locate threads about each one and reading up on experiences previously posted by others....
