It works even if you have held a Raisin account before they changed their processing bank to Clearscore (who are also holding your money if you have a CHIP account).

Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible to receive your £25 Moneyfacts bonus, you must use the promo code ‘MONEYFACTS25’ whilst signing up for a new Raisin UK Account (enter this in the ‘promo code’ box) between 12.00pm 14/03/23 and 12.00pm 20/03/23.
- You must provide a valid email address in the sign-up forms available as part of the promotion and successfully apply for and open a Raisin UK Account. A successful application requires you to pass AML/KYC checks by our service bank, ClearBank, and for your Raisin UK Account to become active.
- One registration per person allowed, and only one registration is valid per email address.
- After your Raisin UK Transaction Account has become active, you must then open a savings account with Raisin UK and successfully fund the new savings account with a minimum of £10,000. Your savings account must be fully funded by 11.59pm on 20/04/23.
- If you open a fixed rate bond, the term length must be a minimum of six months. If you open an easy access savings account or notice savings account, you must keep this account open for a minimum of six months with a minimum balance of £10,000 throughout this time.
- For fixed rate bonds (with a minimum term of six months), the £25 payment will be credited to your Raisin UK Account 14 days after your savings account becomes active. For easy access or notice savings accounts, the £25 payment will be credited to your Raisin UK Account 14 days after your savings account has been active for six months.
- Those with an affiliation to Raisin UK (employees and direct family members of employees) are not eligible. All persons entering the prize draw must be over the age of 18 years and a UK resident.
- If a registration is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to require the return of the bonus payment if it’s already been awarded.

Raisin seems to still be awfully slow. I got the below email 24 hours after I deposited my money into Rasin.
A throwback to the days when bank transfers still took 3 working days
