Best cashback card

Hi. I have a £4,000 bill to pay and wondered what the best cashback around is at the moment? I'm thinking the Nectar card as the company I have to pay does not take Amex.

    Chase debit card is 1% but there are exclusions, is your bill payable by CC without it being treated as a Cash-like-Trxn and does the merchant accept CC’s?
