NS&I Green Bond

Hello, I have a 3 year Guaranteed Growth bond maturing in early April.  It isn't a very large amount as the interest rate on this bond was rubbish 3 years ago.  The NS&I web site are offering a new Green Bond @4.20% which this old money will automatically roll over into if I don't tell them to do anything different with it before maturity.  I will have some other money maturing at the end of April so my question is, and I have read the website questions and answers without getting the answer I need, will I be able to add to this bond after the initial money has rolled over into it or would I be able to put new money into a new account, still the Green Bond, having opened one already. I would then have more than one Green Bond with different account numbers.  

I would ring NS&I and ask the question of their customer services but I don't want to wait on the phone for hours for them to answer.

Anyone on here know if I can hold 2 bonds with NS&I or add money once a bond is fixed.

NS and I answer the phone pretty quickly these days in my experience

If you let green bonds automatically renew at maturity  - but then change your mind and wish to cancel and cash in - do you have 30 days from renewing to ask ns&i to cancel ?

I know there is a 30 day cooling off period for brand new bonds - but does this also apply on a renewed bond too?
