How / Where to escalate with Currys

Hi All,
At Christmas, my employer gave me a gift voucher which I used with Currys on 12th Jan, I was out when one of the items from my order arrived so it was returned to the warehouse. I waited and waited for it to be resent and eventually a Currys representative on their online chat platform advised it was now out of stock but would be sent to me when back in. I waited a few more days and could see it was for sale again and available for collection from my local branch, I used the online chat to see what was happening with my order and if it was possible to collect but was told I'd get an email within 24hrs confirming delivery details. This never arrived and again I contacted Currys. On this occasion I was told that a refund would be issued to the gift card with an extra £10 for the delays caused within 72 hours. This never arrived either. I asked for a manager to contact me, which they did, but only once when I was at work. I have replied to an email confirming details of when / what number to ring but yet to hear from them. It getting on for 8 weeks now so really just want to know what would you guys do?
Thanks
