Which Credit Cards take into account joint income?

I'm looking to apply for a new credit card and I'm just wondering which ones taken to account joint income on the application?
I applied to NatWest previously and let me use household income rather than my personal income which allowed me to borrow a lot more. I am trying to get a new 0% so I have been down the list of the top ones. HSBC etc. And it only asked about personal income which means they're probably only lend me a £1,000.
