Evri forgetting lable sizes

Anybody else having problems with the evri website?
I set my preferences to thermal soze lables but it changes back to 2-per-page A4 after a couple of days.
Also, possibly related, the pop-up windows with packing tips etc keep appearing despite me clicking "don't show this again" every time?
