I posted that, tongue in cheek, but in the not too distant past before our smart meters were installed, I queried the lack of a month’s billing for our gas. Octopus explained it was due to a reading discrepancy. Convinced my reading was correct, I checked the photo I’d taken at the time and realised I’d transposed 2 digits🤯2
