In my efforts to avoid scot mills, I always tune to Absolute radio at 2pm but since the weekend (?) none of the radioplayer stations will play on our Sonos.
Has there been a fall out?
I can ask Alexi to play Absolute Radio just fine but would prefer to use the app .
Is there another way or is it a temporary glitch?

Working fine on my Sonos One and android phone app 45 minutes after your post. Only tested absolute though.
Update speakers and app if needed.
Reboot?

As above, check for updates.
Just went to test this, and was prompted to update.
After the update Absolute Radio works via Radioplayer, TuneIn, and the Absolute Radio service

Hi OP
Not sure re your sytem but they do have a glitch now and then as did our Google sytems and more recently Alexa - The Alexa worked ok on re-boot and Google was a problem at their HQ that took over two months to resolve eG, sleep timer.

Minor update. If I use the search facility in the app to search for Absolute Radio in the 'stations' tab it doesn't find any radioplayer stations, just Sonos Radio and Tunein and then only two in Sonos and three in Tunein. If I use the 'radio stations' tab, it finds 'Absolute Radio' ... and plays it!Ought I to try and delete all my saved 'radioplayer' stations and start again?0

I'm not sure about that but these smart speakers at times have a mind of their own.
I'm not sure if its the same, but on our Alexa and Google smart speakers and screens, they recognise slightly different commands at different times. Also to note is the codes the stations are sending can change as it did with LBC
Mt cars DaB radio refuses to play Talk Radio. As I said these things are very complexed and for me at least, I'm never sure when its the hardware palying up or the broadcaster made, making changes or a glitch
I'm sure someone with a Sonos will come and help more than I can
Good luck1 -

If that doesn't work, removing the Radioplayer service and re-adding may work.
To check/update firmware in the Sonos devices (this also check the app is up to date too):
In the Setting tab of the Sonos app
SystemSystem UpdatesCheck for updates1 -
I've just set up and run Absolute Radio without any issues.
Went down to Settings (bottom right) and selected Services and Voice. At the bottom of the existing list of your services just select + Add a Service.
Stations are in alphabetical order - 3rd row down next to Amazon.1 -

Curiouser and curiouserRemoved all the radioplayer stations, then added them back - Absolute (five different ones) all added and play fine, but two Greatest Hits Radio ones won't play on radioplayer ... but do play via 'sonos radio station' (despite giving the "ding dong - tune in" sound first!!Signal (from Stoke) plays fine on radioplayer.🤷♂️0
