Klarna arrears query

hi all, I have 2x arrears listen on my klarna account. These were due to initial bounced direct debit payment for the balance due on one month and one late fee payment (incurred due to the bounced DD) which is shown as unpaid.
However in both cases, I actually paid my full amount due by the payment due date on the months statement by making a manual payment shortly after, logged in my bank account and in my klarna statement.
One of the payments you can see going out of my bank account however it does not appear on my klarna statement, odd but I can prove my payment via the bank statements.
when I spoke to Klarna they said it logs as arrears straight away from the second you have a missed payment (ie. my bounced DD).
I would argue that as I still made the total payment due by the required dates on the statement - this is not arrears?
I will raise a dispute with transunion. Wanted to get peoples input on this to make sure I’m not wasting time if I do so. I have collated my bank statements and klarna statements.

What type of Klarna credit product are you using, pay in 30 days, or pay in 3 months ?
The pay in 30 days option, is not usually reported to your credit file, wear as the pay in 3 month plan is.
Hope that helps.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Might be an idea to live chat or email with them, there customer service is quite good.
You might get a gesture of goodwill if you are persistent, but be nice, don`t go all "Karen" with them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
