Well done, and thanks for letting us know.

Please will you post your result in the PoPLA Decisions sticky Announcement, and also keep returning to the forum so you can contribute to the forthcoming government consultation on parking charges which is expected to take place before the summer parliament recess.

    Hello everyone
My POPLA appeal was successful, Ocean Parking did not provide evidence of me walking into Preston Town Centre, what a surprise.
Anyone who receives a PCN, my advice, Appeal.
A big Thank you to you all for your help support and advice.

Lovely! Not sure why people are updating this irrelevant old ParkingEye thread though.

Please post about it here - details of which parking firm and the decision - so people will see it:

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
