So Energy log in problems

Hi - I've been trying to log in to my online account for the last week to check my balance, but keep getting prevented, with a "we're working on a known problem" message.
Anyone know anything about this or having similar problems? I've tried logging in on several different devices as well,  but no luck......

I would guess that is the answer, they know that they are having an issue, they are working on it, which almost certainly means that other people are having issues. I very much doubt that using a different device would make a difference, I think unfortunately you will just have to wait until they have fixed whatever issue they are having.
