If my teenager got a Saturday job would it affect my UC?

Hi guys.
We’re currently receiving child tax credit and have been for many years. However I’m very aware that we’re likely to get shunted over to universal credit in the coming months as part of the managed migration, and I’m trying to get my head around how UC works.
DD1 is 15 and is considering getting a Saturday job to save for driving lessons, whilst still studying full time after her GCSE exams this summer. Would this affect our UC entitlement as she will not be a dependent adult and will still be in full time education?
If anyone could shed some light on this I’d be very grateful!

Won't affect your UC entitlement at all.1

😅 Thanks, that’s reassuring! Would I have to tell the Job Centre person about it or will they not be interested?Spoonie_Turtle said:Won't affect your UC entitlement at all.0 -
No because it wouldn't affect your UC.blagoslovljena said:

It's not you or a partner earning the money and she'll still be a qualifying young person for the child element (depending on how soon you're migrated, of course!) so it'll be irrelevant, they have no need to know.blagoslovljena said:
