• To enter the competition, you will need to visit the entry page at www.tomraffield.com, enter your details and submit your entry. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per user per weekly prize. Access to a valid address, the internet and an email are required to enter.
• Entries open at 9am GMT on Monday 6th March 2023 and close on Monday 27th March
2023 at midday.
• 1 x winner will be drawn at random from all completed, legible entries and notified via email (the same email they provided when entering) within one working day of the closing date. The winner must reply to email (media@tomraffield.com) within 48 hours in order to confirm acceptance of their prize. Should the prize not be claimed within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected at random and again contacted by email. By entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. If the winner declines the prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
• The prize winner agrees to the use of their name for promotional purposes.
• The competition prize is a two-night bed and breakfast stay for two at the New Inn on Tresco Island, entry to Tresco Abbey Garden and entry to Tresco Island Spa. Plus, 1 x £500 Tom Raffield voucher to use on their range of iconic steam bent lighting, furniture and accessories - exclusively available to entrants who have joined the Tom Raffield and Tresco newsletters (stipulated by competition entry requirements).
• The prize is non-transferable. and the 2 night stay cannot be redeemed in the UK School holiday weeks. There is no cash alternative. If elements of the prize are not available, another product of equal value may be substituted.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase required. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, Tom Raffield or Tresco are unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Tom Raffield, Tresco and their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Entries in the incorrect format will not be considered. Once entered, entries cannot be returned/withdrawn.
• Entries received after the competition closing date and time will not be counted. Tom Raffield or Tresco accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault.
