Then Tax Refunds. Is this a Scam?

I have written to then.tax on 13th February 2025, stating that I no longer wanted them to put forward any future claims to HMRC on my behalf. This has not done the trick as they have emailed me again asking for payment. I really don't know what to do next and am worried constantly by their demands for payment.
Help me please?

Surely the payment is for a "service" already provided. So what is this payment for ?
