Getting message that I sent to a seller showing as an urgent action required on my part?

I have bought a large quantity of small items from a seller who does offer combined postage but asks that buyers send a request once they have finished buying.

I've done that and for the first time I have received a message from ebay marked 'urgent for your attention' telling me that a buyer is requesting a combined invoice and I need to do this in order to allow them to pay. This is not marked as a copy for my attention and shows on my 'to do ' list when I click the bell notification.

I've never had this before when requesting an invoice, has anyone else ever had this?

usually all I get when I send a message is a copy in my 'sent ' folder , this shows as an urgent action addressed to my ebay username.

I suspect a minor glitch again, for over a week the whole 'combined invoice' things was playing up intermittently, there were lots of reports of issues on various forums. It's probably an extension of that.

Seller combined for me anyway and has actually given me an extremely fair rate for all my multi items.
