Tax Free Childcare - struggling to add funds into account.

I signed up for Tax Free Childcare, received confirmation of eligibility and can access my account. But can i pay into it?  No!

The funds in, no matter how done, get bounced back to my bank.  Then having tried multiple times, over a couple of weeks, i received a reversal notice from my bank with the route cause listed as  'Beneficiary Account Closed'. I have a help ticket in place for this, although they have yet ( 7 days) to call me back or resolve it. Now I can't even get through to the help line.

Anyone know what is going on or advice to move this on.
