SSE to OVO

I'm one of the many customers that has recently been migrated to OVO from SSE and it is a complete nightmare at the moment. SSE sent me my last bill back in February and because it was an estimate I rang through with the correct reading. I waited for them to amend and update the bill but they didn't. I have tried getting in touch but as many of you may know that isn't going to happen (I don't have the patience to wait on the phone 3 hours). So, I have gone ahead today and just paid the estimated bills that I was sent. The gas was lower than actual reading whereas the electric was higher than read. There are a few things I need to know because I have not been informed at all about this switch and not sure where I am going forward.

i.) They haven't told me what tariff I am going to be on and the unit costs. I would've thought I would have at least got a welcome pack. Where do I find this information?
ii.) I have been recieving quarterly paper bills with SSE. Will I continue to get this with OVO?
iii.) I have already tried via phone, website and Twitter to get through to them and they do not reply to me. Any there any contact e-mail or postal addresses I can get in touch with them or failing that a postal address I can complain to? I don't really do the online thing much.

I'm old skool. I don't do DD and prefer to pay paper bill quarterly so if I have to move where else can I go to where I can do this that has a reasonable customer service?

Thanks

Been through the migration twice due to a house move. Both times OVO system lagged the SSE one by around 2 weeks to get up and running properly.

First one was with manual meters and it took around 5 weeks before I could enter the correct readings. Second time it was with a smart meter and it updated the readings the following day.

Prices will match your SSE deal. They did send a leaflet a few weeks before migration both times, maybe yours is lost in the post.

OVO don’t normally offer quarterly billing (and don’t have to under their supply licence). Some people have arranged something with their collections team but I believe it is a monthly bill paid quarterly, but seem less about it on their forum recently and some people have been told if you don’t like it, move. I believe EON may offer it.

If  you don’t sign up online they cannot electronically invoice you and will still send paper bills. If you sign up for an online account they will bill you online.
