NEXT VIP slots available now

I sent Next an email asking about the VIP slots and was sent this reply:

Dear Mr & Mrs ******

Thank you for your e-mail.

I am sorry to read of your disappointment that you were not selected to receive priority e-mail notification, to place your order over the internet prior to our recent End of Season Sale.

I can confirm that customers are selected to receive a priority internet appointment to place an order according to a number of specific criteria, which include recent spending patterns and the amount of available credit on the account. From the customers that meet these criteria, a number are then randomly chosen to have the opportunity to place an order. Therefore, customers who were previously chosen to receive priority email notification may not be selected each season.

I do hope that this information is useful to you and that you will continue to shop with us in the future. Thank you for taking the time to write to us about this and I am sorry for any disappointment which may have been caused.

obviously i don't spend enough money online at next

oh to be rich.....................that way i could

dye my hair

get coloured contacts

get on a plane and get over to China to have my legs extended

spend lots and lots at next online

and then

and only then

i could have a slot

It is no great loss. I usually get a slot then order what I want. Either it is out of stock when I try to order it or takes so long to come or they say it will arrive but it never does that you are better off going to the shop and buying it there. :rolleyes:

can't get my size in shops

I only ever buy stuff in the sales and when I do it is not large amounts..

Although I do have a high credit limit..

But I have always recieved a VIP slot

Does anyone know when people without VIP slots will be able to order items on sale?

usually a couple of days after they go on sale to everyone in the cheap seats and who's jewish etc

the website usually crashes for a good two days (so it'll be the 28/12/07)

I spend hundreds on next and was appaled I did not recieve a VIP slot !
I rung the woman up (who clearly had an attitude) and she told me there was nothing she could do. I said it was not good enough and to pass me to her manage. She informed me there were no managers around! After then demanding to speak to someone higher than her I was put on hold and then politely informed that I could have a slot - nice gets you no where these days !!

i have spent less than £100 with them this year but have a vip, so not sure you need to spend alot to get one
