Help with double glazing costs - on ESA & PIP

My bedroom & bathroom are single glazed and over winter the condensation has completely taken over. I’m disabled so trying to wipe down everything (walls, ceiling, windows) are not easy. I do it a few times a day, but it’s just all back minutes later.
Inevitably this is causing a damp problem and it’s really effected my mental health to be honest
There’s no grants anymore, I can find for this (I’m in wales) and financially there’s no way I can afford to get new double glazing.

Just wondered if anybody knows if there may be any help out there
thanks

You could use temporary film double glazing

The air in those rooms is saturated with water vapour. Even if you had triple glazing you would still have that condensation on walls and ceilings, and where you have condensation you will have mould.
Make sure all your rooms are adequately ventilated.
Temporary double glazing might increase comfort levels and help to reduce heating costs but controlling the humidity level is key.0 -

Quite possible, the pot of cash has all been allocated now, but they should be able to advise on any new schemes in the pipeline.ECO+ is due to kick off in April, but details are still very scant, so quite likely to end up being another shambolic mess like many other schemes announced by the current Westminister clowns.
Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.1 -
DIY secondary glazing may help at a reasonable cost.0
