Hi, No, I was not advised to forward the email. There was no mention of forwarding the email. I informed DCBLegal  via their site 'Defendant Responce' the landowner's reply to me which says: "To confirm this PCN has now been cancelled.".I mentioned to DCBLegal my details and their ref Number.   Hope that would be enogh!!

A little update. I emailed the landowner again asking  who would be informed about this cancellation, Park operator or their Debt collection agent. The landowner got in touch with Park operator, and the reply was - park operator had informed the debt collector about the cancellation.  Now peace of mind!!!!

I have the same problem with this same car park.
May I ask which email address or address you used to contact Legal & General, and roughly what you wrote?
The retailer has not been helpful, so I would like to contact the landowner instead.
