Proof of delivery

Hello!
a buyer has messaged me saying she hasn’t received her parcel.
I’ve sent her the tracking info and a photo showing the parcel left down the side of the property.
if she says it’s not there, where do I stand?

Presuming this is eBay, you are fine as you have tracking showing delivery.
Make sure the tracking is uploaded to the item on eBay. If she opens an INR case, you will win. Once it's closed in your favour them you can choose to assist her in chasing the delivery company, if she is adamant she hasn't received it (especially if the photo does not look like her property).1 -
Thanks for your reply.
I sent her the tracking details and photo of it and she’s now found it 😳0 -
Just wondering ……if she’d said it wasn’t there/been stolen, would I still be ok?0 -

This really surprises me. I had always thought that unless it was in the buyers hands you would lose the case. bit of a shame for the buyer. Postie should have left it in a safe place and now buyer losing out.0
